Traveling
The purpose of these suggestions is to meet the needs of the people wishing to visit our islands.
Our rates’ perks are:
- flexible rates: these rates give the possibility to modify dates or times for their trip without fees.
- baggage allowance adapted to the needs of each passenger: our customers can choose to travel without baggage or with baggage of 23 KG or 46KG
- cheap promotional rates available to all, with no selection criteria.
To benefit from the rate best suited to your needs and the most economical in terms of cost, we advise you book as soon as possible.
Modification and reimbursement fees are used to compensate for the work done in processing your application.
If you don’t want to have to pay a fee when making changes, we advise you to choose a flexible rate for your next trip.
We want to increase the chance of traveling to a maximum for our customers.
Booking a seat on the flight until departure, without cancelation, prevents us from enabling another customer to travel.
It is also a loss for the Company as it is a seat that we are not able to sell.
For your convenience, we advise you to inform us as soon as possible of your inability to travel so as not to be charged no-show fees.

Special requests
We offer group rates, however, these are subject to a survey based on the information you will provide us when you ask for a quote. To receive a group rate, it must be composed of at least 10 adults travelling on the same flight.
To request a quotation, you will need to provide a few information, such as:
- Name and contact information of the person responsible for the trip
- Number of passengers: Adults, child(ren) et infant(s)
- Your destination
- Dates for your trip
- Purpose of your trip

We give our Customers the opportunity to request a privatized flight to the destinations we serve. However, these applications are subject to review.
Nevertheless, you may apply for a quotation.

- Your destination
- Dates for your trip

The filling of the flight is not defined beforehand, for your convenience we advise you to take a second seat to ensure your trip.
For your information, some seats may be empty, but storage capacity may be stretched to the limit.

The additional seat is sold to maximize passenger safety and comfort. Sold at 50% of the cost of the plane ticket, it does not include the baggage allowance.

Besoins d'assistance
A pregnant woman up to her 7th month of pregnancy can travel if she is not at risk. After the 7th month, you will need a medical certificate issued by your doctor certifying that you can travel without complications.

Yes, a pregnant woman can travel with a baby, child, animal if she is not at risk.
The crew is qualified for this type of situation and takes charge of the mother-to-be to ensure that everything goes smoothly until the landing.
Yes, the crew is trained for such situation, you won’t have to worry.
Yes, if your pregnancy is at risk or if you are prone to complications. Otherwise, the Medical Certificate is not necessary.

For logistical reasons, at the moment we are not able to offer priority access to pregnant women.
As babies’ seat on their parents' laps during the flight, they are not entitled to seats. Therefore, they are not entitled to baggage allowance.
To benefit from a baggage allowance, the purchase of a seat is imperative.
For your comfort, you have the possibility to book a seat for your baby.
The rate will not be the same, however the latter will benefit from a baggage allowance associated with the rate of the ticket.
You have the possibility to travel with a stroller or car seat, these will be included in your baggage allowance.
For the safety of both the parent and the baby, a person must travel with one baby.
During take-off and landing phases, and in the event of turbulence, every baby must be strapped with a baby belt attached to that of the passenger in charge.

Anyone who has difficulty walking long distances on board the aircraft or at the bridge can request assistance.
This service is free of charge, however you will have to ask for it when you make your booking online or report it to our agents if your booking is made in an agency or by phone.

There is the possibility of transportting your wheelchair. Please note that this will be included in your baggage allowance.
You will be asked to provide us with all the features of your chair (battery if any, size, weight, etc.) so that we can verify the conditions of transport.

For the launch of the company, we do not have high lift, however, we will cater for people having difficulties to climb the stairs.
Battery-powered wheelchairs are accepted, we will simply have to check together the the type of the battery for its good transport.
It is entirely possible to travel with your service animal on our flights upon submission of proof of the necessity to be accompanied by your animal. Transportation of the animal is free of charge.

No, for its trip, your pet will be sitting right in front of you and will not need to be transported in a cage.

Baggages
An additional baggage is available for passengers with a seat. If you are travelling with a baby, you can buy 10kg extra for yourself.
