Check-in at the counter
You can check in at your departure airport counter as follows:
- At Tahiti-Faaa Airport: counters open 1 hour and 30 minutes before scheduled departure time
- From other islands: counters open 1 hour and 30 minutes before scheduled departure time
- For passengers departing from Bora-Bora and using the shuttle boat transfer: meeting time at Vaitape dock is fixed 1 hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled takeoff time.
Check-in deadline: 30 minutes before your flight’s scheduled departure time.
We invite you to present yourself as soon as the counters open at your departure airport and before the check-in deadline.
After this check-in deadline, you will no longer be accepted on board. No-show fees may then be charged.
Boarding
You will be notified of your boarding time when you check in.
At Tahiti-Faa'a airport, you will be required to pass through the security screening checkpoint before entering the boarding lounge. We recommend that you allow yourself enough time to complete this formality.
A boarding pass and proof of identity will be required.
