Security Policy

Natireva operating under the "Air Moana" trade name (hereinafter "the Company") implements technical and organizational security measures within the limits of reasonable means, aimed at protecting your data against accidental or intentional manipulations, loss, destruction, or against intrusion of persons not authorized for this purpose.

The Company concentrates all its efforts to guarantee the confidentiality of the information that you provide to us during any transaction and in particular during an online payment or any other operation on the Internet sites of the Company.

All your personal data is encrypted during transfer over the Internet.

When you purchase a Company ticket on our site, your browser connects to our website using an SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer"). SSL is a protocol for performing encryption on the Internet.

When information is encrypted, it is jammed between your computer and our server. Information is only decrypted when it has arrived on our secure server. This method is fast and secure, and prevents your personal information from being read by anyone else.

However, we draw your attention to the fact that as any conventional electronic mail, electronic messages sent to or by the Company with personal data transit in an unencrypted format.

When you send us your personal information, none of this information is recorded on our website: it is transmitted directly to our secure servers, where it exists only as part of the record of your transaction or operation.

If you see a security message during the booking process, it simply informs you that you are entering a secure area of the site. This message is also displayed when you log out of our secure server and move to an open, public area of the site. At this point, all your personal information has been deleted.

The Company makes every effort to ensure that only authorized persons can access reservations made via the Company's websites. This includes implementing different levels of authentication depending on who you are and the services used.

You will then need to provide your booking reference and your name to be able to consult your itinerary, add and modify options, for example.

You will need to provide additional information to view details of an option already requested, view or edit your APIs, or print/send by e-mail your electronic ticket receipt. The additional information requested will have already been provided by the person who made your reservation or by you when updating your reservation. Among the information that may be requested: your passport or identity card number and the details of the associated trip or all or part of the credit card number used for the reservation.

When you create an account on the Company's website, you choose a username and password that will be asked to you to modify the information relating to your account. Your profile and data are password protected so that you, and only you, have access to this personal information. We recommend that you do not disclose them to anyone. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and/or any information relating to your profile.

There is a type of Internet fraud called "Phishing", which involves tricking people into illegally collecting personal information about them. Spam e-mail messages are sent to customers from lists harvested illegally by a third partiy. These messages ask to enter or reconfirm banking information or a password in a "cloned" or illegally reproduced website. For your safety, you should know that:

- The Company will never ask you to provide information about your bank account or your credit card in an e-mail message or on a link sent by e-mail message.

In cases where you wish to modify or have your reservation refunded and only in these cases, the Company may then ask you to provide information on your payment card. The Company will need this information to debit or credit your account in connection with your reservation.

- Messages from the Company will contain your booking reference and will not have been sent from an internet based e-mail server such as gmail, hotmail or yahoo.

- The Company will never ask you to make payments through a third party, such as Western Union.

If you have reason to suspect that a message claiming to be from the Company is fraudulent, we request that you report it to us so that we can examine its authenticity and take appropriate action by contacting the Company at the following address: [email protected]

Transactions on the Company's websites are at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the reliability, stability and security of your transactions, the Company having no obligation of result, but only of means.

By carrying out a transaction on the Company's websites, you agree that the Company will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct or indirect prejudice or damage (including, without limitation, loss or alteration data, loss of profit, loss of opportunity) whatsoever, arising out of or occurring in a transaction.

We do not guarantee the security of any information you may transmit or may be required to provide to any third party. You irrevocably waive any claim against us for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any access to, or interaction with, any other website through the Company's websites.

The exclusions and limitations specified above apply only to the extent and within the limits permitted by the regulations in force.

The Company may modify all or part of this site at any time and without notice. The modifications made by the Company may be retroactive.

No Company agent or third party is authorized to change, modify or remove any of the provisions of this policy.

If pursuant to a law, a regulation, or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, one or more stipulations of the General Conditions of use are held to be invalid or declared as such, the other stipulations will remain in force and will retain all their strength and scope.

This policy is governed by the law applicable in French Polynesia.

In the event of a dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of this policy, the dispute will be brought before the courts within the jurisdiction of the Papeete Court of Appeal and, in the absence of jurisdiction of the latter, before any other court which will be competent.
